The trip needs to start somewhere right? So let’s just start with an amazing cheesy photo of me riding down to Los Angeles on Alaska Airlines.
Once we arrived we checked in to our next flight and made our way to the Emirates First Class Lounge. Here I worked for the next 2 hours on some work i had to complete. Ate lunch and relaxed. The next 15 hours was anticipated to be quite stressful and active.

Home for the next 15 hours.
Not to happy, feeling a bit claustrophobic!
A toast to the next four weeks of family togetherness.
Amenity bag, Pajamas, Slippers, eye shades and a sweet new bag.
So the journey begins.
Soon after dinner / breakfast / lunch or whatever since it was a-la-carte and we could choose whatever whenever. we headed to the bar and began socialization.
However soon after I needed a shower….. so i headed to the “Spa”. With a heated Floor.
And then headed back to my seat where I started dessert along with continuing with finishing up some work. It was a very productive work period.
I was bored with the plethora of movies and a million channels of TV to watch. but soon i found something exciting and attention getting.

We just deplaned from an amazing first class experience which lasted over 15 hours. We had a 1.5 hour drive. So what do efficient, cost conscious world travels do to keep up the moral? We rent a ….. I have no idea what it is except that it’s a Ford. I kind of felt like i was a clown in a clown car.

And then we found the smallest most amazing Starbucks…….
Until we arrived at our destination at 22:00. This is going to be another traumatizing couple days….
