Covid was getting to me, and I needed to get away. Asia was calling. Philippines, to be exact. EVA had tickets available, and I was able to get a quick ticket. The flight was quite empty. I guess nobody could travel to Taiwan, and most people were not traveling during that time anyhow. But Off I went.

A 1:30AM flight was not that exciting. NO lounge was open. However, they did offer a food voucer. I just hung out in front of the gate.

3K was my seat. Thinking of wearing a mask on a 12 hour flight was not comfortable with me. I found ways around it, such as putting my head under the blanket. whoops, the mask fell off…
I found the seat comfortable and roomy. If I had any complaints, it would be the lack of storage space around the seat area. I had plenty of room for my bags above, but again, where do I store my pillow, blanket, shoes, jacket, etc?

I found the seat easy to use and the controls within reach.

The Jason Wu pajamas were very stylish and comfortable. I found them one of the most stylish I have seen from an airline.

The Salvatore Feragamo bag was stolen by my partner. He loves the brand and uses it for some of his everyday needs.

The meal, although I forgot what everything was and neglected to take photos of the menu, the food was good.

Arriving in Taipe, I spent some time in the EVA Airlines lounge. I find it quite stylish, with an assortment of food and spacious room.

I also like the view into the terminal. I like to people watch.

They also have roomy showers.
